SMS Program: Date Honored Gifting Reminders & Order Updates
Description: Receive occasion reminders and manage flower and greeting card gifts via SMS.
Message Frequency: Varies based on the number of occasions you track and your order activity.

Supported carriers: All major US carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Date Honored is an SMS-based gifting service. Users register upcoming occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) and receive text reminders, along with options to send flowers or greeting cards to their chosen recipients.
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Date Honored in two ways:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final unless the gift cannot be fulfilled due to an error on our part. Flower orders are subject to local florist availability. Greeting card orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
Date Honored's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for carrier delays, florist availability, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
